A question comes up amongst men. The inquiry is whether someone can grow a beard while still having sensitive facial skin? Irritation of the skin can come from various related or unrelated health conditions. Many of these circumstances cause the sufferer to doubt that they can ever correct the issues. Some people may lack a daily routine. Applying a natural beard oil to facial hair before and after bed or work could help solve things. Others may be dealing with skin conditions that affect them from having a good-looking beard. To be clear, not everyone is born with perfect skin. That's the type of skin that I feel doesn't exist. We all have had to deal with something concerning our skin in one way or another. On the other hand, many of us never take the time to learn which applications are best to moisturize and preserve our beard hair and the skin under it.
Health Conditions that provoke nice beards
Related health conditions for sensitive skin can alter how products used for beard growth can affect the person. It may be hard to know which products are perfect for skin like yours. Trips to the store only come down to buying some branded product you know zero knowledge of. Nothing tells you whether that item has been tested on the skin like yours. So you buy and use it in hopes you don't have an alternative reaction to it. Natural products made from organic elements like plants surpass the benefits of long shelf-life products. Hair in sensitive areas like your face should not be subject to non-organic chemicals. Long shelf-life products must include additives added to help the product not break down. So at some point, the bearded faces of all men should be using organic oils like jojoba. The decision to apply a plant-based oil to your body will instantly change your future store purchases. Still, men face challenges that aid in dry skin and unhealthy hair growth. Some of the following are things many or some of us men face with our beard hair.
Seborrheic Dermatitis - A skin condition that causes scaly patches and red skin, mainly on the scalp. Some other areas it can happen to are oily parts of the body. Your face, chest, and back and all affected areas. The condition is known to be the most common cause of beard dandruff.
Ingrown hair - If you shave or tweeze your hair, you know how it can tend to grow back. This pertains to facial hair that is curly and thicker hair. Experiencing ingrown hair is literally a pain. They can cause pimples, sick redness, and inflammation.
Razor bumps - This happens when shaving causes bumps and inflammation to develop on the skin. Things like itching and skin redness can also be acquired.
Should I put lotion on my face?
Some of us have to work harder to clear healthy-looking beards. Ultimately, our habits can also affect the outcome of learning the correct methods for beard hydration. How you've conditioned yourself to take care of your face does affect you. Just cause your lotion has shea butter doesn't mean you should be putting it in your hair. Lotions are a product produced for skin use and isn't formulated for hair. There can also be other ingredients within the lotion that may work against moisturizing properly. Too much lotion or one that has a heavy formulation can clog your pores. You end up with blackheads and whiteheads because of this. Nothing but a light oil made specifically for your face should be used.
Growing a healthy beard requires proper nourishment. A plant oil like jojoba (pronounced ho-ho-ba) can provide all the nutrients your skin and hair need to be soft, hydrated, and manageable. One of the main jojoba uses is for hair growth. By moisturizing your beard, the oil reduces breakage, leading to a longer and fuller beard. You'll just need to change your habits somewhat to get the most out of the oil use. Washing and brushing your hair is a must. With jojoba as a hair moisturizer, your hair will soften and become easier to brush. Even when the facial hair is short, you should still be brushing after moisturizing. When practicing good habits like washing and conditioning your hair, you provide the best foundation for beard oil to moisturize your hair and skin.
How often should you use beard oil?
Apply oil to your mustache and beard daily. I personally tend to apply it after my morning and evening showers. Make sure to get the oil all the way through your facial hair. You want the oil to get down into your skin. Massage it in as if you were applying a conditioner. After working the oil in, you should brush and style your hair as you see fit. Preparing yourself for this routine can take some practice, but I'm sure you'll get there. Step 1 is to get your hands on a beard oil with jojoba. Gladly I made one just for these reasons.
