Shipping policy
- All orders are processed the same business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Should you place an order after 4:00pm eastern time, it will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are shipped via USPS First Class of Priority mail depending on weight of the package. Depending on your location within the United States, packages can take up to 3 days to deliver. You can view the priority mail delivery map here.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at messageus@houseofaja.com. Please note that we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Should your package be received and your glass items are damaged, please take a picture of your items still in the box and email them to us. Be sure to not remove damages items from packaging.
Drop shipped products
House of Aja sells other goods that so not ship from our Richmond, Virginia location. Please note that any non-essential oil products like diffusers, aromatherapy accessories and any items under our novelty section are drop-shipped from our partner distributors.

Delivery Standards – United States of America
* For Contiguous U.S. States: Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $65
We are located in and ship from Richmond, Virginia. All orders are shipped through The United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages are priced and shipped based on weight and package size, either First Class or Priority Mail. Please review the USPS estimated delivery map time for your State.
- In case we come into a high contact of orders, please allow for 1-2 additional days before shipping.
- Should you like to inquire about your package, please messageus@houseofaja.com.
- House of Aja is not responsible for any delays by the United States Postal Service or any of other delivery method used. Should any of these services provide you with information about your package, please contact them for further details.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the rate charged for shipping your order will be based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown your shipping cost.
International shipping is currently not available. As we expand to include other countries within our distribution line please not the following.
House of Aja is not responsible for any customs issues and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Local delivery
Local delivery is currently not offered at this moment.
