The Lights Out Resting blend will help you prepare for a good night's rest every time. An essential oil with natural sedative properties, cedarwood also helps with feeling safe and grounded. Used in aroma therapy to help with insomnia, cedarwood is one of the main go to essential oils during bedtime. We added a seconded essential oil with sedative properties in the likes of anise star. Like aniseed, its aroma is that of licorice. In aromatherapy, anise star is used to promote sleep, ease breathing and be a natural remedy for symptoms of PMS. We topped this blend of with blood orange to help balance the wood and licorice, while providing that fruity aroma for relaxation.

How to use
Add 3-10 drops of essential oil to your diffuser or a couple of drops to your essential oil jewelry for an aromatic experience. Diffuse for up to 1 hour 3 times daily. Consult your diffuser manual for accurate drop amounts.
