A.M. or Ante Meridiem was blended to welcome you into the morning. This one is all about preparing yourself for the day ahead. Four essential oils have been combined to give off a fresh and sweet blend of herbs and flowers. Their combined aromatic benefits calm the mind while adding a sense of protection and courage to one's self.

- Patchouli - Relaxant that clarifies thoughts, allowing the discarding of jealousies, obsessions, and insecurities
- Clove bud – Sense of protection and courage
- Clary Sage – Calm the mind, reduce anxiety
- Bergamot – Elevate mood and alleviate stress
How to use
Add 3-10 drops of essential oil to your diffuser or a couple of drops to your essential oil jewelry for an aromatic experience. Diffuse for up to 1 hour 3 times daily. Consult your diffuser manual for accurate drop amounts.
